We Got Our Court Date!!!!

We just got "the call"!!!

Our court date is on July 14th.
Gotcha day is on July 28th.
Home forever on August 2nd!

We are so overjoyed and very overwhelmed...we leave for Russia next Wednesday!

We are sooooooo happy for the both of you. All your hopes and dreams have come true. It`s been a long road but the ride is almost over. We can`t wait to see our new grandchild. Angelia is the perfect gift you can give us.

9/11/07 - Had our introduction meeting at Wide Horizons For Children
9/11/07-10/12/07 - Completed agency application
10/18/07 - Homestudy began! Our first meeting with our social worker
10/18/07 - 11/30/07 - Homestudy completed, waited for NH background check
12/5/07 - Received NH background check, homestudy officially completed
1/10/08 - Notice of Favorable Determination received
1/18/08 - Dossier documents delivered and returned from apostilling
1/22/08 - Dossier mailed to WHFC!
1/23/08 - We are officially considered a "waiting family"!
2/11/08 - We learned that our dossier has been registered with the Region of Bryansk in Russia
4/24/08 - We Received our Referral!
5/6/08 - 5/11/08 - First Trip to Bryansk, Russia
5/8/08 - We met our Daughter in Bryansk!
7/1/08 - We got our court date!! Its July 14th
7/9/08 - 7/15/08 - Second trip to Russia
7/11/08 - We had our 8-doctor (really 5 doctor) medical exam in Moscow.
7/14/08 - The Judge Said Yes!
7/27/08 - 8/2/08 - 3rd (and last) trip to Russia.
7/28/08 - GOTCHA DAY! (Angelina turns 19 months)
8/2/08 - HOME!
8/7/08 - First Post Placement Visit
8/26/08 - Registration with Russian Consulate Completed
8/28/08 - Received our Certificate of Citizenship
10/16/08 - Angelina's NH Re-Adoption
